25th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Stephen Tew has done everything he promised, the way he said he'll do it, and it's worked. It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.
1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

4th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)On market for 6 months. Had mark as our sale advisor. Had around 10 viewings but no offer was received. Overall can't fault imove. Knowledgable about the area and was always engaged with communication and updates.
15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I honestly can’t recommend Oliver at Christie King Estate Agents enough. Our sale was far from an easy one because of complications with other parties involved, but Oliver did everything he possibly could to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was always there to help whenever we needed him. We’re really grateful for all the hard work he put in. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christie King Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are by far the best estate agents on the Fylde Coast. Thanks again Oliver for everything, we really appreciate it.

Mia and Simon were our contacts and both were phenomenally professional.<br>They helped so much with the purchase always accommodating our requests to bring various trades people in to measure up and quote for work.<br>Any questions we had were answered immediately, at points Mia was showing us round this and other properties beforehand, and questions arose while we were looking which Mia discretely text and had answers for within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble!<br>And lovely people to deal with every inch of the way, thank you so much<br>Laura & Mark

11th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!

I always felt listened to and their communication was second to none. In particular, Angela and Norbert stood out as providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
