26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

I must shout out Maisie, who was exceptional in helping me find a property over the course of months and she enabled that everything went smoothly. She was attentive, easy to talk to and approachable. Nothing was too much of an ask and she made me feel super comfortable with my queries.<br>Thank you to Maisie & Frank Wyles!

The valuation given was higher than expected, and although not realised in the final sale price, was close enough to what I was looking for. Correspondence throughout has been brisk, as ever you warm more to some than others, but all very efficient. I would reuse and recommend them in the future.

We did not have the smoothest of house moving journeys however Claire went out of her way to help solve issues quickly and calmly. Thank you!

Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. The sale was concluded quickly and we never had to chase for information. Finally, the fee was very reasonable and among the most competitive in the area. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

Molly and the team there were exellent throughout the process from viewing, offer negotiating and driving through the conveyancing and completion. Communication was excellent and we were always kept up to date on where their clients were at and chasing up solicitors. Thank you for a smooth purchase!
