2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)From the start of the selling process Square Room were professional and helpful with any matter we had. We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

However the day has finally arrived, and I can not go without saying a great big thankyou to the lady that kept me sane through the whole process. Gail Dyson you have no idea how much you helped me to keep my stress levels at a low, the constant phone calls that I made to you and not once showed any impatience or annoyance, which I could not have done. You are truly amazing at your job, extremely professional, and kept the reputation of Tiger estates to an all time high. I sincerely hope that you are recognised with in your company for all your hard work and efforts that you showed me , as I am sure you show to others. 8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I have recently used Entwistle Green in Lytham St Anne’s to find a tenant for my rental property and was extremely impressed with the service throughout. A special mention to Lauren, who did an excellent job managing everything from start to finish and securing a suitable tenant quickly and efficiently. Lauren was professional, responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend the whole team at Entwistle Green to other Landlords.

13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)JUST SPOKE TO A FEMALE ABOUT A PROPERTY THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN VIEWING, FOR HER TO ASK FOR ALL OUR PERSONAL DETAILS. TO THEN SAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO VIEWINGS AVAILABLE, AND THE PROPERTY HAS SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE TABLE SO ITS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A VIEWING. I SAID WHY DIDN’T YOU STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS. ??????

Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class — it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal — calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

She was warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right property. Right from the start, she made both of us feel completely comfortable and supported. Throughout the entire process, the customer service from the whole team was exceptional. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail and those thoughtful, personal touches that made the experience feel special, even down to the beautiful property brochure. Every stage demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded our expectations. Buying a home is notoriously stressful, but they helped make the whole journey exciting and smooth for us. The communication was excellent, and we truly felt valued and supported every step of the way.
