Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. The service is second to none, and Jenna is a real credit to the team.<br>Thank you for going above and beyond and helping make such an important milestone possible.
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I've used County now as both a buyer and a seller, and both experiences have been truly exceptional.<br><br>As a buyer, I felt consistently informed, communication was excellent and, unlike my experiences with rival firms, who I found had a slightly 'unique' approach to speaking to customers, County's staff, particularly Janine, were really friendly and helpful. My experience as a buyer is why I selected them as a seller.<br><br>As a seller, things were even better. On the first phone call, the staff at County remembered the property, despite having sold it a couple of years ago. That really showed me that they didn't just view each sale as another number on a spreadsheet - they really do care about each one. I felt that County were really excited about the property, which made them the best possible sales people for it.<br><br>We then had Emma come round very promptly to take some amazing pictures which really made it stand out on the listing sites. Before long, we had viewings, which were all very well organised by Rick, and many of them were attended by Mark, who was knowledgeable about the property but allowed the viewers to look at things in their own time.<br><br>Before long, offers came in, and Lisa guided me through the process of accepting one.<br><br>All in all, I really couldn't ask for a better estate agents, and would whole-heartedly recommend them. I've mentioned the staff members I had interactions with personally, but to the whole team - thank you very much for everything you did!

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

Their way of marketing really impressed us and definitely helped to our property selling quick<br>Thank you everyone at moving works for all your hard work you really did make our moving and selling experience an enjoyable one and we are so happy in our new home

Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . I would thoroughly recommend

Although the property sale did not go as smoothly as planned, Rebecca was always helpful, approachable, and quick to respond. She kept everyone engaged throughout the process and worked hard to help bring the sale to completion. Thanks for persistence and service!

They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

31st Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Lune Valley Estates are an outstanding Estate Agent.<br>Ok, I would say that as they sold my house for me but they did it in such a professional way. They brought the right buyers through the door, at least 7 of them in 2 weeks, they spent a lot of time in the house with them ( I would always advocate that they do the selling and not the owner ), they could answer most of the buyers questions and at all times were open and honest in their communication, realistic and positive.<br>Ask them what you need to do for them to sell your house and you will get an honest and straight answer. Then do it, as we did. Ours went through in 12 weeks.<br>Rob, the director is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and a bloody nice bloke too.<br>I really wish he had handled our purchase as well but you can't win them all.<br>Cheers Rob and team.
