From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!

We appreciate difficult selling markets but when working in those a realistic and honest approach from the estate agent to the seller is vital but unfortunately not something that this agent achieved in our experience

The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

After a long time searching and viewing properties, Shari really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find our dream home.<br><br>From finding the property through to guiding us along the process, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. We really felt that we could trust her advice, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.<br><br>Shari, Daisy, James and the whole team have been exceptionally professional, trustworthy and discreet throughout, while still being genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Shari and the Jackson-Stops Alderley Edge team. 28th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

The sale was concluded quickly and we never had to chase for information. Finally, the fee was very reasonable and among the most competitive in the area. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
