Searching for a new home is even more stressful…<br><br>Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.<br><br>Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.<br><br>We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.

The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. 28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were the ones communicating with them rather than them keeping us up to date. The first viewing out of only 3 only took 8 minutes which is not long enough. We did let them know. Overall not great at all, hence moved agents.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
