From start to finish the team were efficient , friendly , very caring and very professional .Everything was explained and our wishes understood. The communication was excellent and we were constantly updated . We went to a closing date in less than two weeks and received seven offers<br>Their online reach is second to none , something we had not considered before talking to the team, but certainly gives them a significant advantage<br>Huge thanks to the entire team , but in particular Ellece, Rebecca and Andrew

15th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)An absolutely flawless experience from the initial phone call right through to the fabulous offer for our home. Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of professionalism, communication and efficiency was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the Corum Hyndland Road branch highly enough. George & Ryan xx

5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

16th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

6th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I have a property that David and Emma manage. I have been very happy with their level of service and ease of the whole process. If you want a Property Management company that will make the whole process simple and straight forward. Then i recommend ProBrook Properties.
6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.<br>REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.<br>The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.<br>It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!<br>A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.

I moved to them after a really difficult experience with two larger letting companies, and the difference has been night and day.<br><br>I’ve dealt with Rachel throughout, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly, supportive and easy to deal with, always responds promptly and gets things sorted really quickly. I never feel like I’m having to chase or wonder what’s happening — if I have a question or an issue, Rachel deals with it and keeps me updated.<br><br>After my previous experiences, it’s been such a relief to have someone who is genuinely helpful, approachable and takes pride in providing a great service.<br><br>It’s also a great example of how a smaller, independent company can provide a much more personal service.<br><br>I’m so pleased I made the move to Roselea and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We had a really poor experience of selling through Allen and Harris Dennistoun and would not recommend their services. We had lots of issues from start to finish which made an already stressful process much harder than it needed to be. There were so many promises made when we signed the contract that were never realised and the communication throughout was really poor. Issues included:<br>- telling us we could be live on the market by a certain date (we had to sell quickly) but that date was then pushed back and back.<br>- telling us they would value the property at a certain price, which then had to be lowered before going live as their external surveyor disagreed with their assessment<br>- when we went live, viewings were made for almost two weeks later despite them originally saying we would look to a closing date at the end of the week we went live<br>- really poor quality marketing photos to the point even viewers mentioned to us that the photos made the decoration look really bad and they were surprised it was so nice in person<br>- being told the estate agent would do all viewings but we had to do them all ourselves as there was always a reason the estate agent couldn't make them<br>- having multiple viewers attend viewings having not seen the home report and noting they have been phoning Allen and Harris every day to request it but still not received it<br>- spending all Saturday making the place immaculate for a TikTok tour of the flat, which was never put on TikTok<br><br>By the end we felt that we sold our flat in spite of the estate agents, not because of them. Our experience with the estate agent we bought our new home from just made it even clearer how poor Allen and Harris were and how much easier things can be with a decent estate agent on your side.
