The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

29th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.
