26th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

I was able to arrange viewings within 24-48 hours with Ben, something that simply was not possible with other agents and was very refreshing. Ben and Nicole were always prompt and responsive to my emails which I appreciated. I highly recommend Kimberleys.

They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
