However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. 14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)DO NOT RENT with Saville’s - YOU WILL REGRET IT!! They haven’t cleaned the building in MONTHS, dirt and mould everywhere. And they don’t dispose of bins until the room is a health hazard - and even then they don’t want to do it. No point contacting them they are all completely ignorant. Go straight to Ombudsman and Health and Safety executive, they should be fined for causing a health and safety risk.

Stuart, Hazel and the rest of the Thomas Merrifield team gave excellent advice and first class communication with my sister and I selling on behalf of our mother with regular progress reports and liason with our buyer and the solicitors.

From the very first viewing, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was great throughout the process — they were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated at every stage. Radnor Martin did everything they could to help the sale go through smoothly, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
