1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My father's property has been on the market for a year and Jane s assistance and positivity has been crucial for the sale which took over 6 months. She went the extra mile looking at electricity readings for me! Her regular welcome feedback, constant dialogue between buyer and seller was crucial, as at times I thought I would lose the sale. Jane Thank you - you and your team are a real credit to the company.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Selling houses is always stressful and seldom goes without some issue or other but the team at Oscars dealt with everything and gave the best advice to help us achieve a very successful sale. I would certainly recommend their services.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to be more inclusive
