1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Becoming an executor was a painful shock, but their empathy and kind support was hugely appreciated. A special mention needs to go to Sara and Vicky for their guidance and continual chasing.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands. 2nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. From Jim who came to value the property, through to Leanne and everyone in the offices who saw it through to completion. Jim explained everything very well, came armed with research and was very knowledgeable. He explained the fees clearly and left me thinking I had made the right decision choosing Whitakers. After agreeing to Whitakers selling the property my sale was handled by Leanne, she was the consummate professional, kept my informed with weekly update calls, responded promptly to emails, calls etc. and kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Whitakers to anyone.
