24th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were put in touch with Andrew at Slater Hogg & Howison Kilmarnock for our mortgage when moving home and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Andrew made the whole experience very easy and was happy to answer any questions throughout to put our mind at ease. His communication was outstanding and he really explained everything in great detail to ensure we fully understood everything! We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for help with their mortgage and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have recently sold our home with Scott and his team at Miller Estate Agents. From the first meeting, I knew this was the right choice due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge and being really down to earth. We were unsure when we would actually put the house on the market due to us not finding anything to begin with, but Scott kept in touch with us and as soon as we were ready, he organised everything super quick and the house was on the market that week once all sorted! Our house sold within a week and this was down to Scotts work and Marc being amazing with the viewings. The communication has been next to none with constant updates and being available for any of my questions. Dealing with Scott and the team (Marc & Leanne) has been a fantastic experience and not at all stressful (as people tell you selling a home is!). Can't recommend them enough!

Lynne's experience, with her eye for attention to detail, meant we had a very professional online brochure, as well as a Home Report, produced in the space of a week. As a result of Lynne conducting the house viewings in person, we were delighted to receive a formal offer on our house, above the asking price, within FOUR working days of the sales brochure going online. We can heartily recommend Cecchini Property for their professionalism, without hesitation, as well as saying that their communication was always crystal clear, and we felt extremely valued as their clients.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
