8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We received phenomenal service from the team at Robert Holmes. We bought our house from RH 30 years ago - one of the best decisions we ever made. When we finally decided to move - we talked to all the agents in the village and RH were by far the most impressive - with the most sales of large family homes. They gave honest advice about pricing and marketing and suggesting a sound plan. Their knowledge of the quite special Wimbledon market reflects their over 40 years of experience - they simply know every house and every potential buyer well before they ever hit Rightmove. Just to be sure - I put every detail of our house (floorplans , photos etc) into Claude and ChatGPT and asked which agent would be best - they both said Robert Holmes. They sold our house in 48 hours and found the perfect family for the next 30 years. Special shout out to lovely Susan Cornelius - her professionalism and intelligence made what should have been a stressful experience - completely smooth sailing.

26th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened .
I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .

They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

If I could give Websters 10 stars, I would.
I have been renting in London for the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve dealt with all the massive corporate names—Foxtons, Dexters, Antony Roberts, and Hastings. Without fail, I had a frustrating issue with every single one of them. The typical London renting experience usually involves dealing with agents who are arrogant, pushy, and completely indifferent once they get your money.
Websters is the complete antithesis of that. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agency I have ever dealt with.
Here is why they completely blow the competition out of the water:
Incredibly Prompt & Responsive: You are never left chasing them. They reply quickly, action requests immediately, and actually respect your time.
They Genuine Listen: Unlike the big corporate chains that just try to shove any property down your throat to hit a target, Websters listened to my specific needs and actually tried to match them.
Flawless Communication: They keep you posted at every single stage of the process. You are never left in the dark wondering what is happening.
Polite, Professional, and Caring: The team is genuinely nice. While other agents come across as arrogant and cold, the staff at Websters are deeply caring and human.
Whether you are a tenant looking for a stress-free home search or a landlord wanting your property managed by professionals who actually care, I cannot recommend Websters highly enough. They have completely restored my faith in estate agents!

They have always been very good, efficient and great value.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Tiffiny was extremely proactive and her speed of responses to our questions is super fast. All in all, it was a very seamless process thanks to Tiffiny !
1st Nov 2026 (5 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller.
99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline.
The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries.
For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

Minimal viewings
Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
No communication from the estate agent
I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent service from Wilkinson & Fox, they have dealt with the sale of my late brother’s house in Kent while I live up here in Argyll. Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

Agnès has been an absolutely outstanding Property Manager. She was consistently professional, highly organised, precise and efficient, with an excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional level of service.
What truly sets her apart is her combination of competence and warmth. She is always approachable, responsive, courteous and helpful, and she handles every matter with care, reliability and professionalism. Communication with her has always been clear and timely, and I have always felt that matters were being handled thoroughly and properly.
Property management can often be challenging, but Agnès made the whole experience considerably easier and more reassuring. She is someone you can genuinely rely on, and her friendly, positive attitude made a real difference.
She is a real credit to Fuller Gilbert, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent Property Manager. She will be greatly missed, and any organisation fortunate enough to work with her in the future will be lucky to have her!
