His vast knowledge of the business appears second to none with many years experience in this local Teddington/Kingston area I will not hesitate to use him to sell my house within the next months!!
26th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened . I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .
5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I met with George Mayhew for a second visit on this property he was really helpful and went through queries I had on site. Very helpful on both viewings I had with him. We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.
28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

From the initial meeting when he put my mind at ease, to the amazing pictures from the online listing that showcased every beautiful aspect of the property, everything was smooth and, even if it took a bit longer than expected, Martin was right in the end and we found the perfect buyer together. 11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
