10th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
21st May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

8th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)We had an excellent experience with King West when purchasing our new home.<br><br>Jessica, in particular, supported the sale throughout and consistently went above and beyond to offer help and guidance.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, and she worked hard to ensure the transaction progressed smoothly and reached completion.<br><br>Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Jessica’s professionalism, responsiveness and personal approach made a real difference. We always felt well informed and supported from our first viewing through to receiving the keys.<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Jessica and the team at King West to anyone buying or selling a property.

They did a brilliant job selling our house and made the whole process really easy from start to finish.<br><br>Always quick to get back to us, kept us updated and were just really friendly and easy to deal with throughout. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team. And we sold within 5 days!<br>That may not always happen of course but the communication was great and they were all lovely to deal with throughout the process.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
