1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Out of everyone involved in the process, she was the clear standout thanks to her professionalism and warm, approachable attitude. From the initial viewing right through to moving day, her communication was seamless. What truly set her apart was her persistence and support when we hit a few hiccups on the day. She was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was always clear and prompt, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

11th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them. Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop. On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns. To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers. Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

House sold within timescales and got kept me informed of all stages viabthere app which is an excellent bit of kit to monitor the progress of the sale amd see viewing feedback.

22nd Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Disappointing experience. The approach came across as arrogant, with an inability to listen and absolutely zero preparation. There was also a poor understanding of the local area. Far below the standard we expected from Fine & Country. Turned up 20 minutes late to the appointment - no apology! Clearly didn’t want to market the house - absolutely appalling, unprofessional and rude.
