1st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
