Special thanks to Louise, who has always ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently.<br><br>More recently, Brian and Piotra supported the sale of my property and successfully secured a buyer within a very short period of time. Their market knowledge, communication, and dedication made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>As someone living abroad, having a trustworthy agent is absolutely essential. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

6th Oct 2020 (6 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing
2nd Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. Excellent Estate Agent

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
