I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

Klaudia worked really hard during the sale of our property, she was super communicative and always very happy to help. Mason really helped in communicating with the rest of the chain and keeping everything moving. Really impressed with their service, always answered questions, always responsive to calls and emails, all in all very good experience. Thank you!

23rd Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I was introduced to Tau Vinh Phong from Connells Oxley Park, Milton Keynes back in 2023 through my cousin, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor. From the very start, Tau helped me secure a great rate, but what really stood out was how he explained everything in such simple, clear language. Im not very confident when it comes to financial matters, but Tau made the whole process easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed. I’m now back in touch with him for a potential remortgage, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hes always transparent – showing rates clearly via screen share, walking through options, and giving honest advice. What I really respect is that hes not afraid to tell you if there’s a better option. Any time Ive had questions or concerns, Tau has always been there with practical sound advice. I really felt like he’s looking out for my best interests. Tau Thank You for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and manageable. 11th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our experience selling with them was more than disappointing from start to finish. They are rude, condescending and bad professionals to the point that I was tempted more than once to pull off in order to avoid them getting any money from me. Tom tried once to convince me in the rudest way, as if I didn’t understand plain English, that I had to hire an architect and spend thousands of pounds in order to get the second floor of my property regularised when the property was build that way in 1853. One call from me to Building Control and the issue was solved. On one occasion Tom called saying the buyers wanted to come on the next day to take measures of the place. We accepted. On the day of the visit nobody came and no one contacted us. When we called to the office Tom was on his day off and David said “let me see what happened and I’ll come back to you”. We didn’t have any news back. Weeks after, when I met the buyers in person, I learned that they never requested the visit in first place. I could relate many other negative experiences to illustrate how incompetent and bad professional Tom is, but I will just summarise by saying that I would stay away from them at all costs.

Found us a buyer within the first week of our house going on the market and we completed 2 and half months later! Can’t thank Kyle, Emma and Luke enough, whole team was on it the entire time. Highly recommend.

I found the team to be consistently professional, hard working and very friendly. From the first meeting with Richard (and throughout), he was so approachable and gave much helpful advice. Followed by Frazer taking amazing photos, capturing the home beautifully. Both arranged viewings and provided instant feedback. Charlotte was fabulous with guiding me through the post sale process, pulling out all the stops getting us to moving day. I cannot recommend them enough! 27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
17th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
