Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. If anyone deserves bonus points, it’s definitely David! ?????? Brilliant work, David — you were absolutely amazing! I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear that HAART has some fantastic people working for them. Both David and Jaake have been outstanding, and it’s lovely to experience such great customer service from a team that genuinely seems to care. 6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Well they got the job done in the end. But a mixture of a high valuation and very passive engagement with the market meant it took a long time to sell. Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!

I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. I highly recommend using them, Thanks Again Tracey, Thomas and Team x

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

21st May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
