Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us. 29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.

12th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least £1700 and don’t answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me

We had two sales for through alongside a fair few issues, and all the time Stuart maintained the upmost level of professionalism and was consistently diligent as well. Both Stuart and Amber were fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the again!
