1st Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
