Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Each member of the team went over and above to ensure my purchase was seamless, and kept me informed at every stage. They were professional, courteous and made my first house purchase memorable for all the right reasons. Can't thank them enough!
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

The whole process was made very easy & they are always so helpful if I had any questions. Mark was very welcoming from the very start when we had our first meeting to walk around the property & it’s just been a lovely experience all the way through. I’m so happy that me & the kids have been able to stay in our village and the kids absolutely love it! Can’t thank you enough!

This is the second house we've sold through Stonhills and would absolutely go straight back to them if needed. 5 Star service all throughout

He offers a fair fixed fee for his work, so no commission percentage to worry about. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home .
