3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

11th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

11th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you are university student I would avoid at all costs!!! These are the worst set of people ever. They are greedy and selfish. They breached their own contract for students by letting people who weren’t students move into the same building as us which lead to homeless people constantly breaking in then kicked us out and moved us to half done accommodation. The accommodation had no WiFi for 8 MONTHS. When we initially moved in half of the stuff weren’t working and we had to find away to make it work ourselves. I had to live in room with mould growing despite me raising it to the agents multiple times and was told to just ‘open my window’??? Only when I had threaten to take it further is when someone came out to look. After them putting us through all of this, we were then charged for small things like having dust in our rooms or leaving things that were initially given to us in the room. The company and agents are greedy and don’t care about anything but money and themselves. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent with them for ANY STUDENT ACCOMMODATION!!!!!Jackson Grundy Estate Agents - Weston Favell

Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had.<br><br>Thanks to the team’s hard work, our house sold within just a few weeks and we exchanged contracts in only five weeks. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few weeks’ time.<br><br>We also used Caroline as our in-house mortgage and financial adviser, and she was brilliant throughout. Margaret James stood out immediately for their deep local knowledge of Olney and their guidance on the best locations for our future plans.<br><br>Rob’s communication—day and night—was outstanding. He worked tirelessly with solicitors, kept the entire chain together, and remained persistently diplomatic throughout as he worked with our selling agent in MK. He as did she promised they would bring the chain to a successful conclusion, and he delivered.<br><br>The final touch was unforgettable: a personal visit with a luxury bonus voucher box filled with foodie treats and retail vouchers, a handshake, and the keys. Genuine care, hard work, and real commitment from start to finish.<br><br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Margaret James and Rob, who truly went above and beyond on our behalf. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
