6th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.

13th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Since signing contracts, unfortunately the service I have received from Stone has been seriously lacking. They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

13th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
