7th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. He managed to balance our expectations with what was realistically possible for the landlord.<br><br>I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a property in London. From the very first conversation, though, Jodie put us completely at ease. Her confidence, clarity, and deep understanding of the local Ealing market made us feel we were finally in safe hands. And that early reassurance wasn’t just talk: her team’s proactiveness gave us real hope which was actually fulfilled.<br>Despite the difficult market conditions, Jodie and the team managed to secure over five viewings in the very first week – before the property had even officially gone live. Their energy and determination were evident from day one, and it never dipped for a moment throughout the entire process.<br>Once Jess had found our buyer – within 5 weeks of our first viewing – the level of care and communication only increased. Jodie and Jess were relentless (in the best possible way!) in keeping everything moving: communicating and negotiating with the buyer, chasing solicitors, following up on outstanding tasks, smoothing over delays, and making sure no detail was ever left hanging.
