1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted.
