5th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Average service from a high street estate agent.
4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Having used another agent, I received only 2 enquiries over 3 months. I went to Keith Ashton and received 2 enquiries within days. One resulted in a firm offer at the asking price. The sale went through without any problems. They are the best.

14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?
10th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Family company providing personal service. The process took longer than expected because of unique external factors beyond their control. But they stuck with us and sale achieved in a tricky market.

15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)I recently purchased a flat via Smooth Move and I have to say the service they provided was excellent, Lisa was amazing, she kept me up to date with all issues and progress, and was a massive help and support to me though the whole process. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. I recommend Smooth Moves if you are looking to sell/rent/buy a property ??????

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cannot fault this company would have no hesitation in recommending them kept us informed every step of the way gave us good advice based on their knowledge of the property market always available to answer any questions we had they really know how to sell your house and get the best price trouble free viewings they took care of everything you could not get a better company than Sandra Davidsons10/10 us brilliant advice
31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
22nd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Mark was brilliant. Honest land responsive. Would highly recommend him.

28th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Frestons were absolutely brilliant in helping us rent our property! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and proactive. We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !

18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had no clue they were advertising our property they did so WITHOUT our permission. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Georgia has been very helpful and always answered our questions.
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
