18th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.

1st May 2023 (2 years ago)Robinson Marsh initially proposed £748 of deposit deductions two months after we moved out after loads of chasing. We had to go through deposits protection scheme ‘MyDeposits’ who had 2 star reviews for always siding with agencies. Even with the biased protection scheme they lowered the deductions to £295 (saving us £453) despite not reviewing 90% of our evidence properly. They solely used the check-out inventory as evidence despite our entire argument being we submitted extra photos of stained carpets & other damages at check in which never got included. The agency deliberately used a different check-out company to the one who did the check-in and so when they did their check-out report they had none of our additional photos & check-in evidence.) Other problems included: - Agency illegally trying to kick us out with one month notice despite the contract saying two months had to be given. They eventually backtracked on this. - Agency not fixing any of the problems we asked them to fix in at check-in including blocked drains which they then went on to try and charge us for at check-out despite us putting up with one working sink all year. - Zero communication once moving out. Ignoring hundreds of calls and emails asking about our deposit. - Illegally the agency never actually put our deposit in the protection scheme and had to transfer them the money only post us moving out with lots of chasing.

25th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)At first all was ok then when work had to be done to property the owner of Dixons sent her husband to do the work and it was poor. When we were leaving they rushed us out. Even though we paid rent on time and kept the flat very clean to the highest standard. During last winter we waited weeks for the boiler to be fixed. They held on to our deposit and now have to go to court.

17th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very disappointed, first they overvalued the property and told me in a matter of a fortnight I needed to reduce the price which I did, I then heard nothing for almost 2 months . Went to a different agent who sold the property within a week. When I looked at their marketing it was so much better and more professional than Bowyers. I do not like leaving negative reviews, however this reflects my experience with them.

Pauls communication with myself and everyone involved and his updates on everything no matter how small were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend GBP estates.

6th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sold our property within 8 days. Brookings valued our house slightly higher than the other three agents that we invited. We also sold for the EXACT figure Ryan thought we would get. If I’d have gone with the other agents, I would have lost out. Wonderful service

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !
