We had a lot of challenges which they helped with so kindly and professionally. We also needed to view the property on multiple occasions and it was never too much bother for them. 21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)called them on 3 separate occasions post moving out of a property and getting deposit back, every single time been told the admin team are ‘not at their desk’ and no manager seems to be available either? Does noone actually work at this company during working hours? Poor customer service, cant speak to anyone ever no matter what day or time it is.<br><br>Also their staff have no compassion or empathy to their customers after getting burgled in one of the properties they manage<br><br>Oh and still dont have the deposit back after 21 days of moving out, despite new tenants moving in 24 hours after we left.

I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.<br><br>I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive. Who knew selling a house could be fun!<br><br>I would 100% recommend Lux.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end. The property they show are by far best compared to other agents. One staff assigned to us was Rose Rojda. She has excellent sales and negotiation skills. Very skilled and I guess she is in this field for a while. Good job Rose..
