The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.
15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.
