31st Mar 2024 (26 days ago)Everything has been faultless and fast, with amazing attention to detail. Our property was in the market for 4 days and sold a lot quicker than we had expected. The team at Hunter’s Barnsley are a fantastic team and really can’t do enough for you. Queries and calls are answered promptly, they take the hassle out of selling. I would highly recommend them.

We sold and purchased the property via William H Brown and the whole process was really stressful and full of uncertainty. However Megan and her colleagues had been done so well and provided us so much support during the whole process especially Megan. She is very friendly and helpful, she always responded and solved our enquiries so fast and in very professional manner. We have no hesitation to recommend their services.
12th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Very poor experience. We made an offer on a property. This offer was accepted and we weren’t notified about it until days later. Constantly trying to chase people in the office, staff clearly never communicated, we should’ve had one person to deal with. Yet here we are having dealt with any number of them. Upon making the offer we explained we are not in chain but one of us will be coming off another mortgage, however we do not have anything to sell. We are classed as home movers but without anything to sell. We have multiples AIPs and we were asked to provide our most recent one, which we did three days after our offer was accepted. Today we were told we didn’t send an AIP but an online calculator, sorry but the document sent to you literally says “agreement in principle certificate”. Four days after our offer was accepted we’ve now been notified the seller wished to go with another offer. Only today when we’ve been told we’ve lost the property have we been asked to provide any documentation. Only today have we been given an email to contact a specific person. Overall absolutely disgusting and piss poor organisation. We could have had all required documentation in weeks ago if it had been communicated to us but instead we’re now highly unlikely to get the property we were set on. We will explicitly not purchase via WHB due to this experience. Disgraceful is an understatement.

Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

A good friend recomended Richard Kendal as a reliable and proffessional company, this was entirely validated through the excellent service I experienced from their Pontefract branch. Amanda Dyson who coordinated the presentation and sale of my home, kept me well informed with information and updates throughout the process, being reassuring and professional at all times. Viewings came quickly and in less than two months a sale was agreed, completion also following in good time. My thanks to everyone at Richard Kendal whose services I totally recomend. John Makinson

I would recommend using Sorbys to anyone wanting to rent out their property. You know your home is in safe hands with the regular checks they provide and always use professional but value for money trades people for repairs. Keep up the good work Sorbys.

Quite a long tricky chain to deal with but Andrew was willing to help keep things moving when others wouldn’t help. Fantastic service, great movie and pictures of the house too. 100% recommend.
10th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property. I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic and progressing. The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient. Thanks to Sam and her Team.

Couldn't recommend more highly for anyone wanting to sell their home, they have great rates and provide an all round good experience for a process that is incredibly stressful!!

Typical cowboy sales techniques which back up the awful reputation estate agents already have. Avoid if possible. Horrendous experience.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.
