They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . 18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was happy with Fox & Sons at the start. They sold my property for me. But a day before completion i rung them to say was everything still ok for the next day. I was shouted at by a member of staff, telling me not to leave my property until I received a phone call from them. I have never received that phone call. I have never had a phone call from Ben the manager congratulating me on selling my property!! I feel very sad & angry there has been no communication from them. I'm old school & a phone call would have made all the difference to me. It feel as though I'm a nuisance even though I've given them thousands of pounds for selling my property. It is not good enough for me. It should have been a happy time but due to Fox & Sons it's been a very hurtful, sad & angry ending & they don't give a dam.

Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Mayfair Town & Country inserted themselves into an active legal dispute despite having had no substantive involvement whatsoever in the management of the property, the handling of repairs, repeated reports of water ingress, mould, septic issues or the wider tenancy failures giving rise to the matter. Their involvement had effectively ended many months earlier when the tenancy concluded and the deposit was returned, yet Meg King nevertheless sought access to correspondence and evidence entirely outside the scope of any legitimate authority Mayfair possessed. More remarkably, there was even an unnecessary suggestion that a guarantor — wholly unrelated to the disrepair issues being raised — might somehow be contacted. No proper explanation for the relevance of this was ever given because there plainly was none. When challenged, Anna Tucker’s response amounted to little more than an attempt to retrospectively justify Mayfair’s involvement on the basis they had once arranged the tenancy and protected the deposit. That conveniently ignored the obvious fact that this conferred no continuing authority to involve themselves in an ongoing dispute centred on long-standing management and compliance failures entirely outside their remit. Taken as a whole, the conduct came across as intrusive, heavy-handed and opportunistic. Rather than helping resolve matters, Mayfair’s sudden appearance simply reinforced the impression of a reactive and disorganised approach by those connected to the estate’s management. A thoroughly unprofessional experience.!!

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man

19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)After 17 months trying to sell with 3 different consecutive agents (traditional) I decided to take a chance with an innovative agent as you describe yourselves. I asked a lady who had just sold with you and she was encouraging. My agent arrived Tuesday, photographed Thursday, checked ok Sunday and advertised Monday. Immediately I had 2 viewings Friday before 10am. By 2.30 pm I had an offer which I accepted. All in 10 days.

20th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
