12th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.- 9th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Yet again, Halls have gone above and beyond. 28th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Matt, Pippa, Joy and Jack at Edge Goodrich for everything they have done to sell out house and support us through the entire process. From the initial consultation with Matt, to preparing for market, the production of the brochure and eventually securing the sale their approach has been nothing but highly professional. This was most evident once the sale had been agreed and everything slowed down due to issues in the chain and this is where it was important to have hard-working, diligent individuals pushing on our behalf. We are so happy everything has now been completed but cannot thank everyone at Edge enough.

1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

23rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)We moved house between the lockdowns in September 2020. It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)As a new landlord, I was extremely anxious about the whole process, especially with the new laws and regulations etc. However, I’m so delighted I chose Barker Healey! They came recommended by two separate people who both said they had positive experiences and I can see why! Claire, the manager of lettings, was amazing from start to finish. Very thorough and detailed, all processes were clear, information about their fees were transparent etc. She answered all of my questions and wasn’t put off with the amount of them. She was so polite and respectful. She was very patient and understood my situation. She created a lovely post about my property and she showed a range of prospective tenants around the property. Her communication was excellent and she kept me informed at all stages. In life, you have to trust your instinct and I’m glad I trusted mine with Claire. Moving away means I won’t be able to oversee my property and I feel I can fully trust Claire and her team to oversee and manage it. She has taken a huge weight off my mind. Her diligent, conscientious work ethic means I haven’t been as anxious as before and it’s one less thing for me to think about! BH: Fair, polite, honest, hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough and well organised with regular communication. Thank you to Claire and the team at BH! You 100% deserve the business!

5th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I met with 3 estates agents, 2 were larger companies, but I was instantly more comfortable with Mark, he took the time to explain things and I felt like I could ask stupid questions. The photographer who was used was also really good, we bagged up items to move and he moved them around as needed and made it all really easy. Everyone who contacted me to arrange viewings has been really friendly, professional and approachable, and Trish who dealt with the offers was excellent.

28th May 2026 (23 days ago)Just no! There customer service is beyond awful. There specialists are not worth there money. As proof I had two copies of 1 item, one valued at halls one valued by another firm. The halls valuation was less than 100 pounds. Yet the other was valued and sold for 800 pounds. Both items where I. Identical condition. I would not trust this company again. I should point out both items where sold in the Shrewsbury area. So the difference cannot be put down to regional differences. Be very wary if planning to or currently using this firm.
