17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
2nd Nov 2021 (4 years ago)I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

Far from being a traumatic and worrying time it has gone smoothly and stress free . They have handled every stage professionaly and always been on hand to answer any queries. Nice to know some people actually answer the phone !!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help whatever the problem . Special thanks to Ben and his amazing team and to Ashley in Hastings. 13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

Everybody that has ask I said dont go with them nightmare, never got in touch made out she counldnt, I have three phone numers home,work and my moblie and e-mail address. Hell

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past. Would highly recommend them,
