We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. Had a buy to let on the market 2years on and off i was recommend fox and sons by a friend less than 24 hours after being listed i had an offer and expected. Curtis made it a stress free very fast process can't thank him enough

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
