From the very beginning, the team was professional, approachable, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right property for our needs. In addition to helping us secure the property, they also provided excellent support with arranging the mortgage and guided us through each stage of the purchase with clear communication and regular updates. Their knowledge, efficiency, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable. We truly appreciated the level of care and customer service provided throughout, and the thoughtful gift at the key handover was a lovely personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

As first-time buyers who were completely new to the mortgage process, we honestly didn’t know where to begin but the team made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Right from the property search, they took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. They didn’t just show us homes; they went above and beyond by helping us connect with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisers, which made the entire journey feel seamless and well-supported. What really stood out was their communication. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process with regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. Absolutely recommend for any first time renters like myself that have been a bit nervous with getting things started. Super understanding and patient while still being reliable for any issues I've had along the way, couldn't be happier with them.

One phone call to Northgate made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands, Jess was our 'on the ground' contact, Gary sorted the IT nuts and bolts and the whole thing has been painless and a delight. Our previous experiences had not been good so I couldn't be happier to have found Northgate and the Billingham team.

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
