I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.
It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.
I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.

27th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Dinesh at Aeon Estates said he could find a serious buyer for my property within two weeks - He did just that. Any time there were delays, Dinesh & the team helped pushed the sale through. Aeon Estates come highly recommended, I am so pleased I chose them.
1st Nov 2026 (5 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller.
99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline.
The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries.
For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. I did not face any problems during my stay, and whenever there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly and professionally.
I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Century 21 Hayes & Southall to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy letting agency. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I would not recommend Perkins based on my experience selling my late father's property.
There were repeated failures to secure the property, including the alarm being left unset on multiple occasions after viewings. Communication was extremely poor, with viewings arranged without notification, cancellations not communicated, and it often being impossible to contact the office to confirm whether the property was secure.
The situation became so concerning that I was forced to travel from Buckinghamshire shortly after surgery to personally check the property had been left safe and secure. During the marketing period, the toilet housing was damaged, wardrobes were regularly left open after viewings, and a "For Sale" board damaged the wall and remains in place despite requests for it to be removed.
What is most disappointing is the apparent lack of care and respect shown towards my late father's property throughout the process. The combination of poor communication, security concerns, property damage, and lack of accountability has been extremely upsetting and far below the professional standard I would expect from an estate agent.
