Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.- 24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Coopers Residential Ruislip... their work is really fantastic. Georgia maintained regular communication throughout the purchase process and provided support whenever we had queries or required additional information. She dealt with the hurdles of the process with care and showed great patience and empathy, understanding our situation as part of a chain. Kayleigh made sure our transaction does not get effected with any pauses and see's it through to end.

12th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Second time I've had an appalling experience with Robsons. Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.
13th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal advice- 18th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Yet another 5 star experience with Coopers. Having bought and sold several houses over the last 15 years, Coopers have been by far the best estate agency we have used. We recently moved houses within Ickenham and the communication was excellent, every step of the way. Special thanks To Russell Jones, as usual he was incredibly responsive at all hours and even on his days off. This is exactly what we look for in an agent, and we will undoubtedly be using Russell and Coopers again. Thanks to everyone at Coopers for selling our house at the best possible price.

The process of finding a place to rent was smooth and genuinely interesting, thanks to their support. A special mention goes to Rinor and Jason, who were both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made the entire journey much easier and more enjoyable, answering all my questions and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was never bombarded with calls or emails, instead he only called when a house that fitted the description I gave him, came to the market. After the second call Nas found the perfect property for me. He made himself available for more than one viewing at a day and time of my choice. My offer has recently been accepted and I am absolutely delighted that the process has been painless (apart from the wait to hear if my offer was acceptable). I highly recommend Nas and his team for their exceptional personal and professional service, that was delivered with care and attention to detail.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
