13th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.

They helped me secure a new tenancy agreement on a very tight deadline and handled every step with speed and professionalism. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, paperwork was accurate, and they kept me updated at every stage. The team was friendly, proactive, and solution-focused, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them—five stars well deserved! ?????- 26th May 2026 (25 days ago)We are extremely happy with the service Coopers Ickenham office (and in particular Russell Jones) provided in our recent house sale. Russell was very knowledgeable about the local area and house prices therein and took the time to have a detailed discussion with us about how best to market our house. Throughout the process he regularly checked in with us (and the buyer) to ensure that things were running as smoothly as possible - not easy to do with a chain! We would thoroughly recommend Coopers Ickenham Office and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. I would highly recommend this agency

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.
