21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.

30th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.
In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.
Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.
Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.
I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

28th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Arun at Romans Estate Agents. He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, right from the very beginning.
Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.
A real credit to Romans!??????

29th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have had a really positive experience with Artur at Regions Estates. He is always professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.
His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.
If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.

1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.
20th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Director Pawan Sharma and the team at Cuffley Banks did an excellent job at selling my property. Pawan provided a thoughtful and honest valuation from the beginning, and was proactive and highly communicative throughout the process. There was absolutely no bluster, inflation of property value, or other hard-selling tactics to win my business, just pure professional service which as a seller provides huge confidence. Pawan and the CB team clearly value their clients. I strongly recommend them to anybody looking for a professional service for buying and selling.

25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I contacted them because I was interested in renting a property from them. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.
In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.
I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.Hiltons Estates - West Drayton

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.
