26th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)We bought our house from Bennett Holmes 6 years ago with Sophie as our agent. The process then, despite the pandemic, was smooth and easy with Sophie coordinating. We have now just sold our house, again with Sophie as our agent and she has been absolutely exemplary in managing everything and everyone, with great support from Andreia!<br>If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agents in the area I would definitely recommend Bennett Holmes and Sophie in particular.

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

14th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Proactive sales service from instruction to offer accepted. Company's sales progression could benefit from fine-tuning. This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

From selecting and introducing us to excellent tenants to ensuring the property was well maintained the service we received was outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending greenfields to family and friends and if necessary would definitely use them again. With special thanks to Azam who went of his way to help when I really needed it.

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

11th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Trying to sell our flat felt like a real panic when we first started the process. We had multiple agents come through the door giving us their opinions and thoughts. When Pawan came in, I knew straight away that he was the person I wanted to sell my property. He was straight talking and there was no nonsense throughout the whole process. From day one, he was finding viewings as quickly as possible and made sure there were as many viewings as possible on the flat. All in all, I cannot recommend Cuffley Banks enough and would highly recommend anyone who is uncertain in this process to use them.

30th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Worst Experience with Elliott Lettings - Please Read Before Renting<br>My close friend took house through Elliott Lettings. After they moved out, 2 months later the landlord did a full renovation of the house and put the entire bill of £3000 on them.<br>The most shocking part - NO ONE took responsibility. The Elliott agent who came for checkout told us on the spot "everything is fine". They had taken NO check-in photos, but at checkout they took hundreds of photos just to create a bill.<br>When we asked, one person said "talk to Reposit team", Reposit team said "landlord sent the bill", and the landlord never contacted us directly. Elliott agents did not let us talk to the landlord, did not listen to us, and just kept saying "go and raise a dispute".<br>We were lucky we had some of our own proofs and we disputed it through the deposit scheme. Because they had ZERO check-in proof and only checkout photos, the adjudicator rejected most of their claim and we only had to pay around £300 instead of £3000. They didn’t guide them for anything.<br>When they newly moved in, they gave them NO guidance at all for Electricity and Gas. They didn't know which supplier was at the property, where to sign in, how to set up the account, how to top up / recharge. They had to find everything and do it ourselves.<br><br>When they moved out, closed their own connection properly. Then they started spamming us with messages - "how to do recharge, how to connect gas/power". They didn't even know how their own property's electricity/gas connection works. previous tenants were using it free of cost, they had no records.<br>we would have lost £3000 for a renovation that was not our fault. No agent from Elliott took any responsibility.<br>My advice to all tenants: ALWAYS take your own check-in/check-out photos and videos, and always raise a dispute if you feel the bill is unfair. Don't trust verbal "all ok".<br><br>Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

29th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to<br>accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional.
