10th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have recently purchased a beautiful house through Carter and Jonas.<br>From the start of the process we have been fully informed and updated .<br>Extra viewings arranged and nothing we asked was too much trouble.<br>Catherine was extremely supportive and when sadly we had a bereavement in the family Catherine was both kind and professional and helped with making the purchase go as smoothly as possible under very difficult circumstances.<br>We can't thank Carter and Jonas and of course Catherine enough .<br>Now we start our new chapter in our stunning home ??????
31st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The team at Blenkin and Co have been efficient and throughtful throughout, and their level of communication is extremely high. Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

14th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)I send an enquiry about a property and no reply and then they didn't want to help me so I said today I said DSS no reply or Nothing this is pure blank discrimination book of someone is autistic I think for enquiries and not even got back to me because I'm autistic and didn't want to help me find a house in York is fine by me this will go to a civil clean

18th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I found Cundalls to be amazing at what they do. We were always kept informed of viewings, progress and any potential issues. Given that we lived away from the property this was very important to us. In summary the service was first class. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a property.

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roundthwaite & Woodhead to anyone looking to buy, sell or let property in Ryedale and the surrounding areas. 3rd May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Connected to them via Rightmove for property in Scarborough. Can't help put you through to Scarborough Estate agents section. The estate agent department in Scarborough have recently informed me they are under no obligation to tell me anything negative about a property, they do not have to disclose anything such as management fund arrears.....even though the same company manage the building...

4th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From Valuation onwards through marketing and liaison with the Sales team, the performance of the agent was exceptional. The customer service was efficient warm and friendly with attention to detail and the personal touch made it a delight using them, I got a great service and they travelled to Hunmanby from Scarborough to do the valuations, they were always there early so as not to keep the viewers waiting, whereas in my experience with some other local agents this is not a consideration. During the stressful conveyancing process with Solicitors between Exchange and Completion Tracey and her colleagues gave a massive amount of support and as I have moved numerous times over the years, I can tell you Colin Ellis are the best in North Yorkshire, also their fees too are highly competitive which helps tremendously especially when moving home. You won't be disappointed go with the best believe me my review can be verified and trusted. 8th Mar 2022 (4 years ago)Friendly knowledgeable and honest! Fast & efficient service from day one, Great pictures and brochures. Returns calls very quickly if not available when you phone. Nothing is too much trouble, We have sold many houses and Mark and his son Jacob are by far the best.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

21st Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Bottom line Boutique failed to sell my property and viewers were few and far between. Have changed agents and interest has picked up. I do not know if that was down to timing, price or marketing, but felt a change was needed to reset.

He went above and beyond to help sell my property, keeping me informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and support. I would highly recommend National Business Sales to anyone looking to sell their business or property.

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
31st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have to say I haven’t felt so comfortable buying a house knowing that we had someone like Ashleigh running the show. Everything was under control, from viewing our new property, then having the expert knowledge to know the target audience for our old house. Communication was 5 star, daily updates via the phone & WhatsApp groups. She had her foot on the pedal at all times when it came to dealing with solicitors, getting the house sale and purchase pushed through within 3 months. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
