We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Tailored and catered to your needs. Everything checked and in order with the landlords so as a tenant you get to rent good properties that are well maintained with correct certificates for all appliances/gas etc. I would highly recommend there services to renters/prospective landlords buyers and sellers. Went on holiday to USA and carried on responding to emails, arrive home and they've sold the flat to someone else. I'd even instructed th solicitor they recommended to represent me. Fast & efficient service from day one, Great pictures and brochures. Returns calls very quickly if not available when you phone. Nothing is too much trouble, We have sold many houses and Mark and his son Jacob are by far the best.

They dealt with viewings for us really quickly and talked us through the whole selling process as it’sa long time since we last sold a property. When an offer was made the communication was excellent between us, the team and the buyer. Even dealing with online solicitors has been so easy.

From the beginning, Steve was very professional, friendly and empathic. He supported me through this emotional journey of selling my home and offered sensible advice when required. He secured me a buyer very quickly and made sure that he checked the empty property on a regular basis to ensure all was well, not just for the buyer, but for my peace of mine as I was out of the area. He updated me on a regular basis when he had ascertained the progress of my buyer. I had every confidence in him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling their property.
