From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. The initial valuation was informative, honest and collaborative, and helped us figure out the best asking price for the current market. When we moved forward, we were impressed with the photos, communication and prompt booking of viewings. We received timely feedback after each viewing, and everything was arranged with no hassle. When offers came in, the team helped us communicate with interested buyers and get the best possible price.<br><br>Sam in particular has been fantastic throughout. He supported us through viewings, discussions about offers and any queries that came up during the sale. He kept us updated regularly and was happy to chase solicitors and others to keep the process moving through to exchange and completion. Having a WhatsApp group was great too, as we had direct contact with Sam throughout.<br><br>Your Move helped make the process as stress free as possible, and we’re really happy we went with them!

20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.

21st Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Bottom line Boutique failed to sell my property and viewers were few and far between. Have changed agents and interest has picked up. I do not know if that was down to timing, price or marketing, but felt a change was needed to reset.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.
