Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

31st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received from Elisha at W H Brown Haxby.<br><br>We had an incredibly stressful time during the purchase of one of their properties, and throughout the whole process Elisha was the one person who truly dug in and did everything she could to help us. She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could.<br><br>Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. Even though she's clearly a very busy lady, she always made time for us and was only ever a phone call or email away. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me and my family during such a challenging time.<br><br>I honestly can't praise Elisha enough for all of her hard work, dedication, and support. She is a real credit to W H Brown, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us. If you're buying or selling a property they are all great but I would highly recommend asking for Elisha – she's absolutely fantastic.

From our very first viewing right through to completion, our experience with Roundthwaite & Woodhead has been first class. We had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Pearson throughout the entire process, and she was simply outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have done more to help us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was that Sue took the time to check in with us after completion to make sure we were settled and happy with our purchase. That level of care and customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated. Having bought many properties over the years, we’ve dealt with numerous estate agents, but Roundthwaite & Woodhead have genuinely outshone them all. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach have been exceptional from start to finish. I was so grateful to Sam who helped me to sell my late Dad’s property. He was always one step ahead keeping everything moving along, constantly liaising with solicitors and my buyers. He was always so calm, friendly and extremely efficient. Selling any property can be very stressful but Your Move manage to make the process as seamless as possible. THANK YOU.

21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Bottom line Boutique failed to sell my property and viewers were few and far between. Have changed agents and interest has picked up. I do not know if that was down to timing, price or marketing, but felt a change was needed to reset.

5th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We encountered repeated issues with attention to detail, including property photographs requiring multiple rounds of correction due to obvious editing errors and eventually having to re-photograph the property. On more than one occasion, viewings were not properly prepared, curtains were left closed in a bedroom and there was confusion over access despite key locations having been provided, . We were also made aware that a viewer was left waiting outside because the agent arrived late to the appointment. While the manager responded professionally and apologised when concerns were raised, the overall experience left us feeling that greater organisation, communication and attention to detail were needed.

Despite a couple of uncommunicative solicitors in the short chain below, the sale and its completion were relatively quick with excellent communication between this estate agent and our solicitor. Ben and Spencer were very understanding of our situation and used their experience to achieve a quick sale with follow up throughout the process.
