They both kept us up to date throughout the whole process and chased up solicitors regularly giving us updates and pushing. Replied quickly to emails. Would definitely use them again! Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. I Cannot fault Country properties and will recommend them to everyone.

27th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)First Step used to be the go to agents in the local area, they seemed honest and transparent. From my experience this is a thing of the best with them. There are many agents in the local area now who are much better then First Step, they will look after you and are much more sincere. My advice would be, dont just go with them, give all the others the same opportunity, remember First Step excel in talking the talk, but once your signed in, they dont walk the walk. Think is all I advise anyone.
21st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We initially engaged with Taylor’s when we saw a house they had advertised on Zoopla. We met with Connor, Molly and Chris who all helped us through the purchase of our new property. If it wasn’t for them, we would not have managed to exchange and complete so so quickly. They were always really helpful with the hundreds of questions that we had (being first time buyers). Definitely recommend.
21st Apr 2024 (2 days ago)Every time our viewing rate dropped they asked us to drop the price. We'd already dropped it twice and they were asking us to drop it again. They completely missed parts of the property off the advert and weren't willing to update the advert or update the photos in spring when the garden looked much better

19th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)At the start Andrew who came to value our home spent the time with us to fully explain the current market and our house position in it. He put together and explained the marketing strategy in detail that they would adopt to sell our property which to us seemed to be the best put forward compared to the several other estate agents who also quoted for us. He was patient, polite but never pushy. On this we decided to go with Haart in Stevenage. After being blown off course by the change of government and their inadvisable mini budget and the rise in mortgage rates, which threw the maket into reversal from a seller's maket to a buyers market overnight, Andrew returned to help us re-market our property in order to get a sale. Marley, our sales negotiator, was always professional, pleasant, proactive and hard working in getting us a sale. Which with determination he did. Therefore, we would recommend Haart Estate Agents Stevenage to potential property seller's and buyer's.- 14th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Country Properties Stotfold. 26th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)If you are selling your house in the Arlesey area, in my opinion, you would be mad not to use Gothic Estates. They not only have the lowest fees they give by far the best service of any estate agent I have ever bought or sold with. I never had to chase them once for information, they were always keeping us up to date throughout the process. I can honestly say if it were not for them chasing solicitors up and down our chain there is either a good chance our chain would have fallen apart or we would have moved many, many, weeks later than we did. From great pragmatic advice to open and honest conversations it has been a pleasure to work with Gothic Estates throughout the process they are an example to the industry and a rare gem.

At no point did I not think he wouldn’t do what was right by me and also the buyer. His knowledge of the market and legal matters were particularly helpful too. James really cares about his clients and this is invaluable when going through something as big and often as stressful as trying to sell or buy a house.
