I would definitely recommend Taylors if you are thinking about selling your house: they are very experienced, professional and fast, from valuing the house (thank you Matthew), taking pictures by a professional photographer (very nice lady) and organising a dozen bookings within the first weekend (thanks Liam, Shawn and Rickie). The house was sold within 3 days of it being on the website and I could not have negotiated a better price myself! Forget Purple Bricks, go with Taylors, the money is well spent.
Elaine the 'Mortgage Advisor' here is terrible. She didn't have a clue about what we were enquiring about, she constantly cancelled appointments last minute(one of the excuses for cancelling an appointment with us was 'there is another customer here I need to see to.') and the last we heard from her she was sending us out a Certificate which we needed asap and it never arrived, so we kept ringing her but she was never 'available' and has not got back to us to this day. I don't know, you hand these people your business and they don't take it! Seems ludicrous to me! Well I am taking my business elsewhere.
I cannot express how unprofessional this woman is and she is far too inexperienced to be doing the job as she was always asking other work collegues questions she couldn't answer.
I will also be complaining in more depth to head office.
Good parking and great selection of properties. Staff are well presented
The most shocking service I have ever had from a lettings agent in my life.
Dealt with a woman called Jan- who was the most rude snob I've ever dealt with face to face and over the phone.
Landlords be aware that Stephens will make it as hard as they can for potential tenants. We are decent hardworking people & they slammed the metaphorical door in our face by being so obnoxious.
Be aware people.
