2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

He connects so well that I found it more easier to describe what type of flat I was looking for myself and son. His communication skills and deep knowledge about his job is for me unquestionable.<br><br>I will always go back to him if a suitable flat is posted on Hamptons Estate website because I know I will meet someone who can help me make the best decision.

Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. 20th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.
