It was a really easy process with them, Sarah was always helpful and truely excited for us to buy our first home. The team in general were great, and provided us with lots of support and recommendations for after our purchase. Could not recommend them enough!

All of our interactions with the staff have been positive, and Claire made us feel welcome in Frome and renting the property easy. I would highly recommend to rent your property from them, or if you are a landlord to use them! ????- 2nd Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)From the very start of the process it was perfect. 29th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Experience was very good with the offer received £20k (yes, £20k) above advertised price. I had 3 agents value property and all 3 were within £5k of each other. Back up team were great and I was kept informed of viewings at all times. Couldn't ask for any more. Property went to best offers after 7 views in under a week.
14th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)You will be hounded - GDPR and "no" means nothing to these people! Sarah-Jane came to do a valuation in August or September of 2023, we decided for numerous reasons to sell the house through another agent. We continued to receive calls from their office despite explaining we had no need for their services and after about 3 of these calls I asked that they remove our contact details from their database as the last one had disturbed my husband while he was asleep for night shifts. A few weeks later I received another call, I explained that this was a GDPR violation, that I had specifically instructed them to remove my details from their system and not contact us again, this was unacceptable. They apologized and said they would remove them immediately to which I replied "you said that last time, and the time before". Today I have received an email from Sarah-Jane via Rightmove so I am reporting them to the ICO.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

They are very efficient with repairs needed and looking after the property. They have prepared documentation and contracts as needed. They are very diligent with references and finding suitable tenants to our property. We have found their communication prompt and efficient.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!
