20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)??????????<br><br>I’ve used Select Property Management for over 20 years as a landlord and have consistently had a fantastic experience with them.<br><br>Steve, Gina, Debs, Julie, Lily, Janine, Nicola and Sue are all a real credit to the business. They’re always polite, supportive, approachable and, most importantly, they get things done.<br><br>What I particularly value is the balanced way they manage properties. While they provide excellent support to landlords, they also work hard to make sure tenants are treated fairly, kept informed and supported when issues arise.<br><br>If there is a maintenance problem or any other concern, the team communicate well, work with everyone involved and do their best to find a sensible and timely resolution. That balance between looking after the property, supporting the landlord and doing the right thing by the tenant is really important.<br><br>Communication is excellent across multiple platforms, and I’ve always found the team responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.<br><br>After more than 20 years of working with Select Property Management, I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A brilliant team, a professional service and a company that clearly cares about both landlords and tenants.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for both landlords and tenants. 5 stars!

20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this estate agency as a buyer.<br><br>I initially found the agency to be very accommodating and helpful, so it was a real shame that during the later stages of the process I felt the communication became unnecessarily accusatory and lacked the professionalism and neutrality I would expect from an estate agent dealing with both sides of a transaction.<br><br>After a lengthy conveyancing process, I ultimately decided to withdraw from the property purchase. My decision was made 3 days after receiving the lease and the Report on Title. I could not have reviewed these documents - and therefore come to my decision - any sooner.<br><br>Whilst I completely appreciate that this would have been frustrating for the seller, I was extremely disappointed with the way the agency communicated with me when the transaction was taking longer than anticipated. I was forwarded correspondence directly from the seller expressing her frustration about the transaction. I felt there was no need for this to be passed directly to me and found it incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional.<br><br>When I explained that I had found this uncomfortable, rather than acknowledging my concerns, I felt the subsequent communication became increasingly focused on explaining everything the seller had done to progress the transaction and attributing responsibility (largely to me!) for why the transaction had progressed slowly. The steps the seller had taken to progress her own sale were not something I felt needed to be presented to me in this way....these are things I would ordinarily expect a seller to do as part of progressing a transaction with any buyer.<br><br>When I asked for the emails to me to be reviewed by someone more senior, I was told that the seller is the agent's client. Of course I understand this, but I don't believe it justified the manner in which the agency communicated with me. Unfortunately, I also felt the director's response largely missed the point of my complaint. Rather than addressing my concern about the tone and nature of the communication I had received, the response again focused on defending the seller's position and detailing where responsibility for delays lay. This was precisely the type of communication I had raised concerns about in the first place.<br><br>All in all, the estate agent unnecessarily involved themselves in assigning blame and relaying personal frustrations. In my view, this goes beyond what is necessary or appropriate for an agent's role.<br><br>As a result, what had initially been a positive experience was really soured by the way the later stages were handled, which is a shame.
22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

They were able to find me a property that met my requirements in a short period of time, which i am very grateful of.

The communication has been great so far & moving at a good pace. Whatever has been said will be done, has been. Great service thus far couldn’t ask for any better.

They just cleaned really well and had good videos of the condition of the place when they moved in, video logs of repairs not down and the shite condition of the property and video of the condition it was left in.<br><br>Don't blame them a bit. The whole private rental system through agencies is a giant scam to fleece tenants..

The whole process was very smooth, I was kept up to date with progress and everyone involved were very helpful and obviously knew what they were doing very well. Lisa and Ashley were very to sell the property and I had an offer very quickly. Helen was a star and no question I had was too simple and she also advised on help with the moving process. Highly recommend ????????????
