We were looking for an apartment quite urgently, and he managed to help us get everything sorted within a week, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Matthew was available most of the time whenever we had questions and was very quick to respond to our messages, even outside normal working hours. He kept us updated throughout the process and explained everything clearly, which made the whole thing much easier and less stressful for us.<br><br>Really appreciate all your help and patience, Matthew. Thank you for making the process so smooth! ??????
4th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google
11th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely shocking service. Ringing multiple trying to get answers, so many times the phone cuts off without answering. Emailing countless times without any aknowledgment. Leaving a young female Tennant with mental health in need of resolutions for the flat & causing health deterioration due to no heating in property since when we had snow this year. WiFi being down for weeks. Draft through bedroom window. Paying rent for a service not provided. She even travelled from Dudley to the Smethwick office to seek answers, to which they still haven't resolved. Much better when landlord managed his own property. I don't know how they've won awards if this is the service they provide to the masses.

26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)By far the worst experience with a letting agent throughout university. I spent my year following up maintenance issues because they do not give an answer over the phone or respond to emails half of the time, or say that they have booked contractors or ordered parts, which then turns out wasn’t done at all. Spent 4 months without a working dishwasher, 7 months without fridge freezer drawers and shelves or oven racks, couldn’t use the garden in summer because it was never cleared in over two months after requesting it, had a leak in an electrical area for over a month, etc. Then comes the end of tenancy, they try to charge us over £1000 in damages, including £400 cleaning fee with no reason behind it, fabricated costs for small damages, and damages which we had evidence that they had been aware of since 3 years earlier. Complete scammers, too lazy to do their job and want to trick young people who don’t know any better out of their money. Shame because the house was lovely.
