Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

15th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Top communications in organising and informing of viewings and prompt actions once offers and eventual sale was processed. Excellent all round from the whole team.
5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

A special mention to Aimee for her persistence dealing with the solicitors, and help and guidance. Would 100 % recommend them.

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

29th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
