Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>The communication from both ladies was excellent throughout, and they always kept us updated and made the whole process feel as smooth as possible.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Davies & Way to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>Thank you again to Ellen, Pollyanna and the whole team! ??

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

This despite many difficulties thrown at them by my estranged wife, who put many obstacles in their way. I was told they had sold a flat to their sister and were in the process of getting a mortgage. 5 months later I terminated my contact with Connells after I found out the so called buyers had not sold their flat and the mortgage had not been approved. Checking on detail, is the responsibility of the estate agent for their fee? I sold with Purple Bricks
