1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have just sold my property through Davies and Way - Keynsham branch and I was extremely happy with the level of service that I received. I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

Liberty helped us from the viewing to signing our tenancy agreement and was excellent throughout. We definitely recommend and want to give a big thank you to Liberty for making what can be a really stressful time as easy as possible!

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Leigh detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand the best time to buy. For example, they accurately predicted a price drop in our preferred neighborhood, allowing us to make a timely purchase.

27th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

Natasha who showed us around was lovely, very professional but equally down to earth and not pushy at all :) Since then we have had our offer accepted on the property. Stuart has been a wealth of knowledge on the other end of the phone, answering all of questions perfectly with great knowledge and useful info about the property and surrounding areas. He phoned us on a Sunday to get it all sorted which shows dedication :) Thankyou both and we look forward to a straight forward process from here on :)

We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

14th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)You emailed congratulating us on the sale but we haven’t sold our house. We have just moved agents. Pros: good pictures, Jon is friendly and agreeable. Easy process of getting the house on the market. Cons: I can’t say there was anything standout about Garrett & Bradley, they booked some viewings and listed the property online. I didn’t feel as if they were going above and beyond and felt I was having to do a lot of chasing to get information and to lead on price reduction conversations. It almost felt like I was selling through purple bricks just without having to do the viewings. The final price drop we did there wasn’t a single viewing for 3 weeks after the price drop, we then decided to move agents to see if we could have better luck elsewhere.- 9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I really enjoyed the viewing experience with Michael. We got the call the next day morning after submitting the an enquiry the night before. Michael was very accommodating and arranged a viewing for us on the same day. In person he was professional, friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in this industry. Although we didn't make any offer at this time I would love to still work with him in the future and definitely highly recommend his service.
