Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. We have again just bought and sold through G&L and once more recieved an exceptional service.<br><br>We really felt that Adele went out of her way to get our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ever the property professional she helped us all the way along the process with excellent advice, always staying calm and solving problems when ever they arise.<br>Adele and Duncan also worked hard to find us a property once we were sold and because we had access to their upcoming listing's they found us something really amazing and we are truly grateful for that.<br><br>Then as anyone who has bought a house will know property chains are rarely simple. Lucy is in charge of sales progression and is always 4 steps ahead of everyone else. Leading the charge to chase down all the solicitors, other estate agents and vendors to get things moving. Lucy also kept me regularly updated during sometimes stressful times and we certainly appreciated it.<br><br>Big thank you to an excellent team once again at Goodman & Lilley in Henleaze. We continue to reccomended you highly to our friends and family.<br><br>JUNE 2020<br>I would highly recommend Goodman & Lilley and the amazing team at the Henleaze office. We bought and sold properties with them and the service received was always above and beyond. We mostly dealt with Adele and Duncan throughout the process and always found both of them to be extremely professional and personable. They were very supportive and understanding of all the emotions that come with the moving process, Without doubt we would recommend them to friends and family and if we ever need to sell again I know who we will be instructing.

31st May 2025 (1 year ago)We used “Which” to find out the best performing local agents, of these we approached Greenwoods first as they have an office within walking distance. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient from the start, and Branch Manager, Phil Marsh, took us through every step of the process. From then on, Phil kept us informed and responded to all of our queries. He consistently provided all the assistance we needed to obtain a sale. We would recommend the Wells Road branch without hesitation.

From the initial conversations to the very last day they have been clear at communicating and always happy to assist. 4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a really great experience with this estate agent. They were really honest, kind and helpful during my house search. More so than any others I experienced. Also really quick to reply and arrange a viewing. I would really recommend their services to anyone.
17th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future

23rd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Bluesky are proactive in keeping me informed about nthe progress of the marketing of my sale. They call and speak to me with updates on the progress my buyer has made. Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5
