Whilst the general service was okay from an agent level, now that I’m awaiting the legitimate refund of holding deposit I’m simply being ghosted by senior management. The agent was kind enough to acknowledge and respond to emails initially with the promise that someone would be in contact. Zero response from the company management has been received almost 1 month later, despite numerous requests. They’ve simply left junior colleagues to respond with ambiguous statements. If they were challenging the repayment I would understand a response to that effect, it’s the lack of response that is most concerning.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. Thank you for everything - would 100% recommend these guys!

Charlie was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. His property knowledge is impeccable and he always made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how personable and approachable he is — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Charlie consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly, keeping us updated and helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Having bought and sold properties before, we can honestly say this was the smoothest experience we’ve ever had. Charlie’s professionalism, communication and genuine care made a huge difference. She has kept me up to date, contacted me to check in and has processed all forms very quickly for our move to make sure we got in and settled. 3rd Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Ruth has been a Godsend. She rings with updates when no one else seems bothered. She is always positive and upbeat even when news is not great. This house move started in January 26 and without Ruths feedback I think I would have cancelled the whole process.
