2nd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been dealing with the Ladies at Simms Williams in Walberton for nearly a year trying to buy the property of my dreams. Though out the whole stressful process, from the first viewing who was a Saturday girl and knew every little detail about the property to Louise who is the Sales Progressor, I was kept up to date at every stage of the purchase, was given good news and bad but after a year we finally got to the finish line and this would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the staff at Simms. I would most definitely recommend this Estate Agents. 5 Star Service.

11th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Disgusted at the way this branch treated me and allowed the landlord to get away with whatever he wanted. Only interested in what they were being paid, never the tenants interests
13th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.
9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Beyond their expertise and professionalism, Jonathan and his team were amicable and kind throughout our search for a coastal property. All our questions were answered with in-depth knowledge and explanations and we were kept informed at every stage; we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

15th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently used Strutt & Parker at Chichester to sell my home. I cannot fault the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.
24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days.
