7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

While there were times when it was a bit difficult to get hold of them, whenever I did manage to speak with them, they were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their approach was reassuring and they clearly have a good understanding of the market. Despite the occasional communication delays, I would still recommend them based on their expertise and professionalism.
