Always very helpful and responsive when it came to maintenance or just about anything related to our home. We are now moving into a new beautiful house and once again, Sabrina in particular was just soooo helpful making the entire process very smooth. From finding us the new property, to helping us deal with all necessary checks and finally arranging move out/in detail!! Absolute star!! Thank you ????
30th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property at auction with Hammer Price Homes. I was a little sceptical first about buying a property via an online auction but was really surprised and happy about how easy it was. I liked the transparency of the auction and felt that it tested what the actual market value of the property was rather than the usual process of placing offers through an estate agent. The additional benefit was that we had time to arrange a mortgage. We had 3 months following the auction to complete and Michael at Hammer Price was great to guide us through the process and answer any questions. We completed 2 weeks ago and have began renovations on our new house last week!

They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you

12th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Mixed opinions, property was overpriced at first but did get a buyer when at a realistic price. Unfortunately we lost our buyer & had to wait for another which happened very quickly. They did try very hard to help us but did find female staff could do with a bit more training in selling properties.

28th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Sam was excellent selling the company so we decided to see how they were. We were supposed to get online viewing stats weekly, but got it only once after asking where was it. Rachel always wanted to lower the price and get it into another band. When we did still no viewings. The one and only viewing after 8 weeks was the on day our contract ended with them. Now moved to another agent.
