29th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The valuation representative was very competent, courteous, supportive and very observant, understanding why things had been designed the way they are. The photographer presenting our property was more thoughtful and his pictures were better than others. From feedback received, it was clear that this agent actively, and positively, sells the advantages of the property to viewers. Finally this agent has been innovative with the intent of getting everything right.

He carried out a valuation for me and was clear, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. Even months later, when I asked for an updated valuation, he was prompt and helpful with his response. It’s rare to come across someone so responsive and courteous, especially when there’s no pressure or expectation. A great example of excellent customer service — highly recommended.

9th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I have worked with this agency three times over the years — buying, renting out a property, and selling — so I’ve seen how they operate from several sides. What stands out most is not just trustworthiness, but their diplomacy and professionalism. You really feel that they protect your interests and your deal all the way to the end. Two of my experiences were quite complicated, with a number of issues along the way. Thanks to the team, those complications had very little impact on the overall process. Their calm, professional approach made a huge difference and helped everything move forward smoothly. After several experiences with them, I can honestly say you can entrust them with your property and your interests with your eyes closed. Very grateful for their work and support over the years. Expanded eligibility — Non?residential threshold rises to 50% Buildings with up to 50% non-residential floor space (shops, offices, etc.) now qualify for RTM—a significant expansion from the previous limit of 25?% . --- ???? 2. Landlords generally cannot recover their legal costs In uncontested RTM claims, freeholders can no longer recover their non-litigation costs from leaseholders. Exceptions exist where: The RTM company withdraws the claim, or acts unreasonably. A court or tribunal orders cost recovery. This means RTM is now substantially more affordable for leaseholders . THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. PRAY THAT YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM ????
