1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

13th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)5 stars aren't enough to rate the experience I had today. :) Moving home can be very stressful, but Eleni from the Lymington branch was an absolute star and made it the best experience I've had in years. Eleni was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and her positivity was absolutely contagious. I started the experience with high anxiety, and feeling like if I not only found my dream home but also a "friend". I lived in 6 different countries, moved over 20 times and this has been by far the best experience out of all of them. Couldn't recommend the services more.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.
13th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.
11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.

17th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

11th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Advice offered, honest experience led answers given to questions and a friendly voice at the end of the phone during a stressful few days of closing the deal. This is an estate agent run by people who care, know their stuff and work to ensure all parties are happy with the result. Communication was on point getting answers from the vendor quickly as well as answering questions outside of ‘normal’ working hours all to help ensure the process went smoothly. Thank you.

25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
