They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. From the minute I stepped into the Knutsford office Siobhan and Amy were so warm and welcoming and it’s plain to see they are passionate about their job, ensuring the process is smooth and simple. Their friendliness and personable approach made me feel at ease after initially feeling nervous. The whole process couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

4th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

You handled a difficult situation with care and sensitivity for which we were very grateful. Nothing was ever too much trouble and our queries were answered quickly and efficiently. The whole process of selling a house is inevitably stressful but you were able to help enormously by keeping us regularly updated. The way in which the house was marketed was top quality too.
