25th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We had an extremely disappointing experience with Brown & Co Estate Agents during the end of our tenancy.<br><br>They tried to claim a substantial amount from my deposit for issues that were entirely unreasonable, including the removal of an item of furniture that actually belonged to the property owner, alleged missing lightbulbs, and professional cleaning charges for the entire property including carpets that were nearly 20 years old and beyond life expectancy. Many of the deductions appeared to be aimed at improving the property for the landlord to sell, rather than fairly addressing genuine tenant wear and tear. It was particularly concerning that some of the extra items and the amount of money being claimed were added to throughout the process. The claims presented before and during the DPS dispute process were not entirely consistent, which raised questions about the validity of some of the deductions being sought.<br><br>Throughout the dispute, Josh Bailey's communication was often awkward with no negotiation skills, and there was a clear attempt to pursue claims for betterment rather than what was fair and reasonable under tenancy deposit rules. Rather than acting as an impartial agent, it seemed there was a deliberate focus on maximising the return to the landlord.<br><br>We were also disappointed by his handling of a small area of mould around the faulty hob extractor fan, as the problem was not addressed fairly or appropriately.<br><br>Fortunately, the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) reviewed the evidence independently and saw through many of the claims being made. The adjudicator recognised that the property had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in and rejected a significant proportion of the deductions being sought from our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the experience left us with little confidence in Brown & Co's ability to deal fairly and objectively with tenants. My advice to anyone renting through this agency would be to take extensive photographs at check-in and check-out, keep detailed records of all communication, and not be afraid to challenge deposit deductions through the DPS if you believe they are unfair.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Brown & Co Estate Agents.- 21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I had great service by James Higgins He was professional, friendly and very efficient. As a solo first time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting but Jade was a huge help from the start with arranging viewings to keeping me updated throughout the process and ongoing checks which was reassuring and even checking in after completion. Jade was amazing and really can’t thank her enough!

They have a very positive attitude and have always been really helpful and supportive! They have been extremely good at keeping me updated, nothing was too much trouble! 4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Money Properties, with a big mention going to Tracey!<br><br>We attempted to sell our house back in 2024, as we were emigrating to Canada, but the market was in a terrible state and we were unable to secure a buyer. Money Properties helped us rent out house out for 12 months until such time that we tried to sell it again. Once it went back on the market, Money Properties worked tirelessly to eventually get us a buyer.<br><br>Even though we were abroad, nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and her team - I would thoroughly recommend buying / selling with Money Properties!!! 28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home
